About us

ReadNoctis is a platform made by an author for other authors. Anyone who draws a comic or writes a novel knows it: behind every page there are hours of work, often carved out at night, after everything else. And yet, when the time comes to get those pages read, it is an uphill road.

Many platforms only let you earn after you reach a minimum number of readers or subscribers, often in the thousands. For those starting from scratch, that means working for months, sometimes years, without getting anything back, and many give up before they get there.

ReadNoctis was created to change that: a springboard for authors and artists starting from scratch, where they can get their work noticed and monetize it right away, with no minimum readership to reach. Here every read counts, from the very first page.

The name comes from the night, when so many stories take shape and when many of us love to get lost in a good read. That is why the whole site is built in night mode: dark pages, no distractions, just the work.

• Publishing is free and you keep the rights to your work: you can publish it elsewhere too and remove it whenever you want.
• Authors receive 50% of the ad revenue generated by their work.
• Every work is read by our staff before it goes live, to keep the catalog high quality.

ReadNoctis has no subscriptions or paid content: it is funded by a few ads designed not to get in the way of reading. Half of that revenue goes straight to the people who created the works you read.
